Question 1

How does a venue become a Preferred Venue Partner?

Accepted Answer

It starts with an introductory conversation. If we both agree it's a good fit, we establish a nonexclusive Preferred Venue Partnership. There is no automatic placement or application-based upgrade.

Question 2

Is the partnership exclusive?

Accepted Answer

No. The Preferred Venue Partnership is nonexclusive. Venues interested in recurring or exclusive bar service can discuss our Ongoing Venue Bar Service option, which is negotiated separately in writing.

Question 3

Is there an enrollment fee or minimum referral requirement?

Accepted Answer

The nonexclusive Preferred Venue Partnership has no enrollment fee and no minimum referral requirement. Event services are quoted and contracted separately. Recurring or exclusive service is negotiated separately in writing.

Question 4

How do referrals work?

Accepted Answer

You introduce your client to us. We handle the client consultation, contract, and invoicing directly, so your team doesn't manage bar logistics or payments.

Question 5

Are there client discounts or other benefits?

Accepted Answer

Pricing, any optional client benefits, exclusivity, equipment storage, and recurring staffing commitments are established separately in writing.

Question 6

Who provides the alcohol?

Accepted Answer

Clients provide all alcohol. Toast 'N' Sip provides bartending staff, equipment, and service. We do not sell or supply alcohol.

Question 7

What requirements does service follow?

Accepted Answer

Service must meet applicable venue and event requirements. We respect your venue's rules, setup requirements, and schedules.

Question 8

Can you provide a Certificate of Insurance?

Accepted Answer

Let us know your venue's insurance and vendor requirements on the Partner Inquiry form, and we'll confirm documentation with you directly.

Question 9

How is staffing determined?

Accepted Answer

Staffing is planned per event based on guest count, service style, and your venue's layout, and is confirmed in the event quote.

Question 10

Do you provide servers?

Accepted Answer

Yes, servers are available subject to availability.

Question 11

How do you communicate with our team?

Accepted Answer

A designated Toast 'N' Sip contact is your point person for event communication, including loading, setup, service cutoff, and cleanup.

Question 12

How do clients get pricing?

Accepted Answer

Submit an event quote request and we'll respond with a quote based on the event's details. Inclusions depend on the selected package.

Question 13

What about retainers, payment, cancellation, and rescheduling?

Accepted Answer

Those terms are provided in the event agreement for each booking.
