Every partnership starts with a conversation. We learn your space, procedures, and event needs, and we only move forward when both sides agree it's a good fit.
Preferred Venue Partnership
A nonexclusive relationship established after an introductory conversation and mutual agreement, with no enrollment fee and no minimum referral requirement. Your venue can recommend us while keeping other vendors. Event services are quoted and contracted separately.
Ongoing Venue Bar Service
A separately negotiated option for venues that want recurring or exclusive bar service. Scope, staffing commitments, and terms are agreed in writing.
What Your Venue Receives

- Remote Venue Coordination: We review venue photos, floor plans, loading/access instructions, bar locations, and setup and cleanup requirements with your venue team by phone or video before the first event.

- Direct client consultation, contracts, and invoicing
- Venue-specific service and setup guide
- Coordination around loading, setup, service cutoff, and cleanup
- Mutually approved marketing collaboration
Agreed Separately, In Writing
Pricing, optional client benefits, exclusivity, equipment storage, and recurring staffing commitments are established separately in writing.
Clients provide all alcohol. Toast ’N’ Sip provides bartending staff, equipment, and service, and every event must meet applicable venue and event requirements.
